Grier Summer | 2010 Summer Camp News Artists in Residence Award winning young adult author Check out the Unwind movie site Session 2 - Carlos DeBarros Carlos de Barros, a native Floridian, received his BFA in Dance with honors from the New World School of the Arts/University of FL dance program. Professionally, he has danced for the Miami Dance Theater, Freddick Bratcher Contemporary Dance Theater, the Demetrius Klein Dance Company, for free-lance choreographers and now guest performs locally. He shares his talents around Palm Beach County, Florida guest teaching at many public and private schools. He has also adjudicated for touring competitions such as FL Dance Inc., Star Power, Star Quest and Dance Master’s of America. Mr. de Barros is in his 12th year at Bak Middle School of the Arts teaching modern, jazz and some ballet to 6th-8th graders. Carlos is happy to be at the Grier Summer!
